Location

Agape House

I still remember to do this

That one place I went

It was a rundown motel

I didn’t expect so many souls to be in it

There were battered women and children

From so many paths of life’s

They ended being under one light

We gave food and gifts

That’s all we could give

I wish there could be more that we could do

But I our resources were slim

We should not forget those

That have been hurt or dealt a bad hand in life

We should give to do those who need it

Because in reality they don’t know where

They’ll eat or sleep the next sun rise

But I shall never forget that one place I went

There smiles and laughs was all the gifts I could get
