All The Same

People, people everywhere;
Walking, talking, so unaware
Looking around, seeing the other
Always a stranger, not a brother.

Color should never get in the way
Of a friendship held at bay
You see, inside we're all the same
We bleed red blood -- our claim to fame.

Let's put aside the anger and hate;
Instead let's show a love that's great.
Let's look and see the other's inside
And build a world that's full of pride.

People, people everywhere
Walking, talking -- Let's be aware.
I look around and see another,
Not a stranger, but a brother.
