All The Ways

All The Ways

He's on my mind, when he is near and far,

Loves me even when having to sleep in his car.

The distance between us never gets easy,

But the love we share is truly unique.

The way his car goes boom in the night,

The way he loves to always hold me tight.

The distinct taste and smell he always carries,

The way he always has to be polished from head to toe.

He will always be my bestfriend,

By the way our minds connect.

The faces he makes in front of only me,

The way he confides in me.

Always wanting to be this strong man,

Seemingly unwinds when expressing his emotions.

Clutching to me as if the world has ended.

Us being the only two in existence.

My love for this one will always be true,

Tossing and turning, longing for his tender love.

Completely blind to the rest of the world,

But no want to think differently.

Perfectly content with where I am,

My mind, body, and soul belongs to this one love.

So pure and gentle, caring and honest,

Hopefully will be the beginning of my forever.
