Because I Love You

Because I love you

I can smile, as I tell you about my day,

letting my worries melt away

I love you because

Kindness fills your heart

and you're very smart

Because I love you

I do things for your sake

And learned to give and take

I love you because

when I need you most,

I can hold you close

Because I love you

I can set aside my pride

with your will, mine to abide

I love you because

You bring out the child in me,

the parts that no one else can see

If I could, I'd give the world to you

To see you happy, there's nothing I wouldn't do

All

Because

I love you
