I walk around with a smile

Showing the world my happiness 

while really I'm in plain

I look around at how happy others can be 

I wonder if I just smile I'll be the same 

Never once had I cried or frowned 

I laugh and joke and even play too but really I'm sad 

I hide my pain with a smile

Show the world I'm just the same 

But really I'm just in pain
