Bliss
For all our days are passed away
I will sing of the mercies in the very heavens
The heaven’s are thine,
The earth also is thine
Thou hast founded them
Where stars intertwine
Nevertheless my loving kindness will I not
Remember how short my time is
For a thousand years in thy sight
The morning it flourisheth and groweth and withereth.
Fleeting away at night
Teach us to number our days
The floods have lifted up their voices
And crashed down there waves
This poem is about:
Our world
