Breaking Point

I remember when I was in the fourth grade

An assignment that wasn’t all that great

The assignment was in science

And the long hours made me more defiance

I gave up and went to sleep as I was defeat

Although I felt a tug on my feet

My brother was asking how I could fall asleep if I wasn’t complete

I said I was defeated in a heartbeat

He told me to redo the whole thing because it wasn’t correct

All my hard work was dismiss done for nothing and had no effect

My brother told me that the greatest people in life didn’t give up when their first encounter wasn’t a success

They made their life what people call a success as they worked so hard in a life that so complex

It’s like running, you feel like you want to stop and you are drain

Once you pass that breaking point, you feel like you can do anything because you pushed through the pain

Instead of getting angry you should just calm down and get your work done

Finish what you started and just run.
