Brothers and Sisters

From the beginning,
We were made equal.
In the past, they didn't see t
That we were made equal
No matter what color of skin
No matter how full the lips, the body, or gentle flare of the nose,
fine hair, fair skin
We are all the same,
Equal as one under God.
As Dr. Martin Luther King stated "I have a dream"
for Peace and the Equality of blacks and whites
To end the separation of brothers and sisters

I too, have a dream, that the chains and shackles of the past will rotten
and break away from the wrists and ankles of us all.
Not just from blacks, but from every single race that walks this Earth
For we were made equal
I have a dream, that the ghosts of prejudice, judgement, and racism would be exorcised from the minds and bodies of the youth of today,
So that the Angel of Love and the love that God has for us all
could finally reach or hearts and enlighten them,
We are all children of God
For we were made equal
We are Brothers and Sisters
