The Circle of Life

Life,

Our being, the infinite circle of souls that connects everything on this planet we call Earth

Existing life revolves around a culture spinning hearth that keeps us going- or as we know it, survival

Riding down Highway 288 morning, noon, and night

Sometimes living in neighboor hoods where you can't go down without a fight

Going to the Galleria or "Edwards" every weekend, no matter what the season

We take so much pride in our lifestyles, to us its an art

Being a native-Houstonian means that you have to hold your own

My Houston is where all the players, pimps, and hustlers reside

If you have any problems with us you can most definetly meet us outside

I'm from where we ride around the city until 4 o'clock in the morning just listening to music

Not worried about who cares or if we're even lucid enough to function

"H-Town 'till I die" is a common saying in my community

But honestly, life to me is more than staying in a gated community

Life is meant to be shared with those you love

Not with those who have a lack there of

Life ,

our being, the infinite circle of souls that connects everything on this Earth

you have the choice to make it what you want.
