Confidential ...

Philippians 3:3-4New King James Version (NKJV)

For we are the circumcision, who worship God in the Spirit

rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh,

though I also might have confidence in the flesh.

If anyone else thinks he may have confidence in the flesh, I more so:

What is trust ... is it to rely

and to depend on some …?

Is it to give ... part of self

in the hands of some …?

Is it in things ... is it in folks

or based on some …?

Is it that part ... that takes a heart

of you and me and some …?

Is it inside out ... of things around

that we take for granted?

It takes our mind ... in finding out

to notice all is slanted.

It pictures self in desire of thought

as seeds that are just planted.

As they burst in life ... not questioned why

as does a praying mantis.
