Florescent in the minds of the children to come
The shining rise of the golden sun
Until their final days are done, and the shadow of the night overcomes the golden sun

The blood of fools eager to die
Foolish is the man with war in his eye
Florescent in the minds of the children to come

The rain clouds weep as the children sleep
And all is swell as the children are well
Until their final days are done, and the darkness of the night overcomes the golden sun

The blankets of anguish fan the flames of hell
Eager to win the wars fought for measly wells, sin
Florescent in the minds of the children to come

As dark as earth or as light as snow
The children’s futures will be known
Until their final days are done, and the shadow of night overcomes the golden sun

The hope of life and the dream of freedom
Forever-set in stone since the Garden of Eden.
Florescent in the minds of the children to come

As the seeds of life sprout and bloom
Begin the falling of the petals of doom
Until their final days are done, and the darkness of the night overcomes the golden sun

Since the dawn of time forever with rhymes
Comes the story of fallen pride
Florescent in the minds of the children to come
Until their final days are done, and the shadow of the night overcomes the golden sun.
