Dear the lost loved ones

Dear the lost loved ones

I know you’re reading this

We know you once said “you would do anything for love”

But received that one gift you couldn’t handle

A battle royal relationship that would go on for hours

the only fighting was inside like a scortching candle

I should have listened

I should have listened

“He told me...”

“She said everything was fine.....”

“Why do you have to be so naïve”

My darling don’t you see

What I have discovered

You weren’t the lost loved

It was them not you and me

It was the destroyed, the broken, and the unworthy

They took the sunshine right from inside of you

Quick like a snake slithering through your shadow

But you will always have that glow

My darling please just hear me out

You aren’t the lost one here

You’re doing great right now

And if this day today your happy and smiling

That is all I could really ask for

But to all the lost loved ones who wallow in pitty

inside the deadly hallows hinding inside dark cities

Your flower will blossom soon enough

just let the sunshine in and you’ll see

the new lost loved ones will soon be out to get you you’ll see
