Dear Mr.

Power Dynamics are strange.

We would like to think that everyone is equal to everyone,

But in reality

We are all bouncing from one power dynamic to the other

Never truly finding equality between partners

Until we find our soulmates.

You know this.

You know exactly when you have power

And you abuse it

Thinking it's your right as a

Director

Teacher

Man.

You don't get to do that.

You don't get to ignore people,

Make people feel bad about themselves,

Tell them to change.

You don't get to decide who is

Worthy

Good

Acceptable

Pretty

And you don't get to decide who is

Weird

Ugly

Stupid

Important.

You don't get to abuse people like that.

You are not God, Mr.

No matter how bad you want to be.

Love,

You know.
