Dear Travel Partner

Dear No One,

I address no one in particular,

though I address everyone this cross's paths with.

We have the same desires,

do we not?

The desire to watch the palm trees

dance in the wind,

the desire to find beaches with the clearest water

and the whitest sand.

The desire to explore the darkest and deepest caves.

I want to see it all,

do you?

Are you open

to different cultures?

Are you open

to different languages?

Different faces,

different eye colors,

different skin colors,

different clothes,

different traditions.

Are you open to it all?

Are you prepared for the heavy downpour

on a cloudy day?

Will you dance in the rain with me?

Are you prepared to live in the moment,

and not worry about the future?

So am I.

Will you join me?

Bring the money, and I'll bring the jokes.

We can live in this moment together,

and enjoy every second of it.

Sincerely,

Your Travel Partner
