Her eyes

Smile at me

With a twinkling gaze

Like anime

I look at her 

And see

That she is everything I need

And more

 

She is beautiful 

Like the sun 

Rising above the land

Rays shining

Ever so brightly

Through that crooked smile

With seven teeth 

 

If I ever feel sad

I just have to look at her

And she'll laugh my sorrow away

Cooing and babbling

My sweetly said name

"Mama"

 

The world may be against me

May try to put me down

May tell me everything is in chaos

But she can always change that around

 

I am a young mother

And life seems crazy at times

But this girl is my world
