Feel-Good Family

We call ourselves a family, here at Bishop Ready High School

Not bonded by blood, but rather by love

Here, hallways become home and memories last a lifetime

We win together, we lose together

We chant and cheer in the stands

And watch each other sing on stage

We gather for Mass, then stand, our hands on one another’s shoulders

Expressing our love for “the friends we have met through thee”

This family is what drives me, what empowers me, inspires me

I ache for its dynamic when I am away too long

Each day I want to be surrounded by this family that lifts me up

And makes the hard days seem doable

Here, I learn

Here, I run

Here, I laugh

Here, I love

Here, I compete

Here, I grow

Here, I focus my passion and energy

Here, I feel good
