T- ogether We Stand

Discrimination, Segregation, Inequality.
To all Blacks, To everyone who didn't have a 'white' face.
All were mistreated
All were looked down upon
Some were murdered
Others tortured
All were living in hell on Earth.

Then came along Martin Luther King Jr.
Forever changing the world
He had braveness and courage
Stood up for what was right for him and others, Stood up for what he believed in
Forever changing the world
Allowed blacks to gain dignity and respect for themselves again
Changing history as we know it
Forever changing the world
He organized several movements and boycotts
All to get his point across
He, now, was the big boss
Forever changing the world
Speaking out and telling his dream
To all, they believed!
Forever chaning the world
Whites felt threatened and felt they didn't have control
So, He shot down a wold wide leader
Killed him with no remorse
Forever changing the world
But no! Blacks lost no hope
Kept Kings dream alive and continued fighting for what they deserved
Now today, discrimination, segregation, and inequality
are no more
We all are united together
Forever changing the World.
