Freedom?

America the brave:

We fought all the wars.

The people are saved

But what was it all for?

They say we're equal

But we're not treated the same.

The Declaration needs a sequel

For us to stay in the game.

My gay brothers and sisters

Are left helpless and scared.

Blacks work their hands till they're blistered

               Because their equality wasn't declared.
