Freshmen year...
Walking in to classrooms with nervous, sweaty and trembling hands,
That is the exact moment when you realize that these next four years are the ONLY four years of High School you'll ever be granted.
You are nervous the entire year because you do not want to step foot on "Senior Hill"
By the end of Freshmen year, you are just grateful that you weren't canned on Freshmen Friday...

Sophomore Year...
You live life...
You begin to find your true friends...
You find yourself...
You feel so cool because you know seniors, and they actually like you...
You discover your best friends...
You lose many friends as well...
You take the exit exam and pass with flying colors...

Junior Year...
There are life-changing events that take place...
Friends get caught up in relationship drama as you sit there awkwardly with your juice box...
Everyone now owns cars...
You and your friends have jobs and no time for friends anymore...
Rated R movies are the things to sneak into...
Walking around your neighborhood as the sunsets with your best friend singing at the top of your lungs...
Reminiscing on the times your freshmen year when all you had to worry about was "The Can"...
You and your friends start talking about college and the dorm life...
You begin to look through old notes and letters from friends that you kept in your top drawer...
You look back at pictures with old friends, and then it sinks in...Senior Year...and it's all over...
Last High school summer...

Senior Year...
You realize that the past four years of High School really opened up your mind to who you are and who you are becoming...
College is just around the corner, and you're just waiting to leave...
High School showed you that you are capable of reaching your goals...
You begin to look back on these past 12 years of school and notice that you are an amazing person...
You are grateful for each memory...
You laugh at that hickey that you had to hide from your parents the beginning of senior year...
You think back at the times that you changed plans to hang out with your new boy toy...
You forgive the guy that bailed on you your junior year...
You will never go to a High School Football game as a student anymore...
You now have to pay FULL PRICE to get in to events on campus...
You will never see more than half of those students ever again in your life...

Graduation...
You practice for three days straight, even after the last day of school...
On the blazing hot field for three hours with rambunctious, excited teenagers who just want to get the hell out of high school...
You sit there and embrace each moment because as your sitting in the front row, all of those kids will never know how hard you worked to sit where you are...
You practice calling each graduates' name and stumble upon the Hawaiian ones...
You shake the hands of your ex boyfriend as you hand him his diploma...
You are announced very last and hear the "Thank Gods" in the crowd,
You ask the class to turn their tassels, and you throw those caps in the air, and you walk your class out into reality with your head held high.

This is what I worked for, President of My School, and Forever a Falcon.
