Way down south below the Mason Dixon, there lies
A man who is blind and covered in hatred,
A man who can see and is covered in shame,
A man who sees only black white,
And a man who sees color everywhere he turns.
This place is tortured with history of slavery and power.
A place that has no name, only a place of segregation.
Blacks on one side whites on the other.
you may seem to think that this place is history.
But oh so wrong, this place still exist even as we speak.
times have changed, and people have passed on.
But so have there traditions.
And until we can stop the old ways, nothing but slow progress will succeed.
We believe in the past that one day the "Dream" will come true.
but until all people can live at peace with one another nothing will change.
