I am mixed. what does that mean today?I'm black and white there are expectations I must follow things I don't agree with. Being mixed means that I can't be a thing but straight. i can't have issues, I have to be perfect. i am not perfect, I struggle and I will fail. i am human. just because of the colour of my skin i am looked at as different as less than human. I am no less human than a white person. I live, I laugh and I cry just like everyone else. I am human. I don't want to be scared for my life because I am black!  I am not the colour of my skin I am my own person. I am 17, I am black and I am white as well as being pansexual. None of those things are a problem and they never should be. i should not be looked at strangely because I am pansexual or black, I am me and that's all that matters.
