I Love You

Location

I love you.

You might as well know.

I didnt want it to be true.

But all the butterfly crap,

That's real.

I used to pride myself

On my indifference.

Yet here I am,

A dribbling fool

In a puddle at your feet,

Lamenting to the wind,

"Oh! Love is woe,

And woe is me!"

And I find now,

Much to my dismay,

That under all the big talk,

And rolling eyes,

I'm just a girl.

And you're just a boy.

But of course you're not.

And I love you,

You might as well know.
