I See Life
A meadow is spotted nearby
A dear runs into it, grazing on the plants.
You bend down, seeing the flowers in the field.
I see beauty, you think.
Your eyes close and open.
You hear crying, screaming, and anger.
There is a scent of smoke.
You look up, and notice smoke coming from a house.
The house is on fire, smoke billowing the sky.
I see anger, you think.
Your eyes close and open once more.
You are in a hospital. A doctor rushes past you.
You run into the room he is in.
There is a man on a hospital bed, struggling.
You hear the beeping of the machine.
You feel his emotions. You know how much it hurts.
I see pain, you think.
Your eyes close and open for the last time.
You look around, you are in a cemetery.
You see flowers, crying, and people all around you.
You look into the hole in which the body is in.
You look back behind you, seeing the tears,
You start tearing up as well.
You know how much it hurts to lose someone you love.
I see sadness, you think.
You have thought multiple things.
I see beauty.
I see anger.
I see pain.
I see sadness.
But one thing remains in your mind.
I see life.
