I Trusted You

Location

I trusted you
I thought you were the one I could rely
The one who would always be there for me
You were suppose to be there for the rest of my life
You destroyed my future and make me want to forget about the past
I am now messed up in the head
I am now unsure of who to trust
If I couldn't trust you, why would I be able to trust others?

You are not the normal kind of cruel person
A regular cruel will show what they really are all the time
Instead, you're worst
You pretend to be the good guy to gain people's trust
Then when you finish using them, you take everything away
Everything
Everything from their money, their heart, and their soul

On paper you may be recognized as my father
But to me, that is something you'll never be
I do not want to live in a world where I can not trust family
I trusted you once, but that was a foolish mistake
You will never hear me call you family again

You don't even have the decency to just run away
You forced my mother into the room to do things I don't want to discuss
My family is indebted to everyone
You left us drowning in bills, leaving us to die
The thing that died was not us
Thankfully we survived
That one thing that died was my trust in my so called father
So don't ever come back
I will not be here with welcoming arms
Because you lost the trust of your only daughter
