Ignorance is Bliss

Location

Is it better to be slave,

Than king of this cave?

We're chained people afraid

Of light.

Of a loud lion with no bite.

These foreign invaders, sink with their weight

Fear of being preached upon, liberties at stake.

World is collapsing, our mode of action

Blackened

And scattered compassion.

Tamely surrender your freedom to cannibals

Knowledge is flammable

Be more practical.

Old order continues to operate

Weak and unworthy authority we don't tolerate.

Display of apparent knowledge off of blackboards,

We've got it all backwards,

Real world's clipboards

There's no where we won't go

We captain the globe

Deface my intellectual form

Those who've never been born

This debt in a political upheaval cyclone,

Rescue workers off and alone.

Mayday! Mayday!

Make others think my way.

There's need for change

Unknown roads are far too strange.

Never was and never will be rearranged.

Industries weak and immobile,

Going global.

We seek to live off of somebody else's expense,

At gunpoint with no suspense.

Shoot until he goes berserk

Blood stains on his t-shirt.

Since when is this their excuse?

That became a new point of view?

Ideas are bulletproof

Don't make the excuse.

Face fears and reduce

Hate and collaborate.

Power to vote

Power to speak

Power to seek

And devote.

Fight this scheme and innocent screams

For terminated dreams

If you don't hear me ask,

"what do you mean?"
