Leave It Be

Passing, yet dragging the time wares on my youth,
to conjure the ambition, forward-on with my rouse.
See not what will come, or to whom it concerns,
henceforth carry-on, like animals we learn.

Raised and berated, given so much stamina,
when our days come to end, then only maxima.
Take what you're battled with, and leave it, forgone,
while a motto streams in your mind, "henceforth, and gone".
