Letter On The Beach
I wrote a letter, put it in a bottle
And set it out to sea
Maybe my soulmate will find it
And come looking for me
I sit on the beach
Looking out at the water
Hoping my message
Reaches someone's daughter
She'll be barefoot
Walking on the beach
And my bottle
Will come within her reach
Read my letter
And give a little smile
She'll walk for me
Think it's worth every mile
So until she finds me
I'll sit on the beach
And just wait
Til it comes into her reach
