A Letter To Love With Love

Dearest You,

You who glides on water

You who is rapid as a dart

You who do not think in matter

But strikes quickly at the heart

You who flies around me

Yet still out of reach

You who flies so near

Then so far from each

You who comes in many forms

In the shape of that which is unconditional

and that which is forlorn

You who brings tears to my eyes

You who brings fire to my soul

You who can be encaptured

In but a simple bowl

A meal made with you

Is nothing but the most delicious

A time spent with you

Is wild yet fleeting

Goodbye my dear and hello

For you are where I must go

You are always with me

And always just out of grasp

Something I cannot feel

Until it comes to be

A sensation of warmth and silk

Wrapped around me

To keep me warm

Ever surrounding

Thank you, my dear

Hello and goodbye

Your supporter

Your friend

Your fan

The one who exudes you, feels you, and longs for you
