A Letter to Me

Thu, 01/11/2018 - 16:47 -- al0616

Four years past I wrote a letter

The words all now forgotten

A Letter never read

It now sits on my mantle, never opened

Just sits there

As it sat there over the years I began to realise

It’s so much more than a letter now...

It’s a time capsule

A momento of my past

A prophecy never heard

It’s a younger me’s

Hopes and Dreams

I wonder now did I accomplish my goals

Did I follow my dreams

Is my plan the same or did it change

Would the younger me, be proud of who i am today
