Lines of Love

To say I love you,

Is to never in action,

or word,

choose to break you

In dedication,

I swear my respect,

in your name,

the way I’d treat myself,

all the same

For the ability to walk hand in hand,

whether on rugged ground,

or sun soaked sand,

expresses the joy I have found

the very foundation on which I stand,

and makes my heart pound

you are the center of my world,

you with all of my emotions wound,

where every intent lies: curled,

and passion keeps bound

My trust in you,

could span the universe,

an endless time through,

without an imminent curse

And for all you do,

I declare for you

these things to be true,
