This Little Thing Called Love

Humans are confused

About this little thing called love.

Many people are neglected, abused

Hiding behind this little thing called love.

Do you wish to be set free

From this little thing called “love”?

Continuing to beg and plea,

Misguided by this little thing called love.

It is certainly a small word,

This little thing called L-O-V-E.

But holds more meaning than 1,000 words,

This little thing called love.

Not many truly understand

This little thing called love.

Possessed by the searing brand

Of this little thing called love.

But one can find life,

In this little thing called love.

No longer filled with strife,

From a little thing called “love”.

It allows us to grow,

The true little thing called love.

Discover things we’d never know,

This wild little thing called love.

In the right possession,

This little thing called love,

Can be the soul’s confession.

That’s a little thing called love.

It’s truthful and pure,

This real little thing called love.

It’s unconditional and sure,

This beautiful little thing called love.

No one should be constrained

By a silly little thing called love.

But rather be inflamed

By a magical little thing called love.
