From me to you, Mom

Dear Mom,

Our relationship isn't typical

We don't talk boys

Or clothes

Or feelings

You rarely say your emotions

And I say mine all the time

I say it when I yell back when I'm annoyed

I say it when I complain about doing chores

But I don't say how forever grateful I am for your never ending,

Unconditional love

You give me everything, and all of you

Even if I don't say it,

Thank you

And I love you.
