Mother Earth

The pondering breeze felt on my skin
The river flowing down banks within
The trees twisted into the sky
The sun beats down so flowers wont die
I peak out form the leaves and up in the trees
A feel of one so beautiful watching over me
..Even though..
Ants may bread horrible bites
The birds still chirp late at night
She gives us her warning but blessings as well
For she is the beauty that some can not tell
Watching flowers bloom and butterfly's land on grandfather trees
She captivates my soul and is my reason for being
And even with all of our technology and being housed inside
She'll never give up
So hear our mother earths cry
