The frown in the sky
And a chasm upon the earth
Is undone by the tender embrace of the sun
The overwhelming, intoxicating rush of the water

The terrorizing bursts of air
That obliterate what we call homes, palaces, gardens
Repaired by the same layered blanket that surrounds every being
With every intake of air, we flush ourselves with a harmonious mixture of poisons and beauty

Our mutual attraction sometimes tends to be shattered by creatures or giant walls of water
But nevertheless, she's always there, welcoming us with a warm meal and shelter
We welcome her, sometimes we abuse her
But we never forget her
