No Right Selection
Location
What can’t I live without?
T’is truly a question to think about
Is it an object or being?
Or an idea worth believing?
Will my selection withstand the pressure of time?
Suppose life hands me a lime
And I appear on a mystical island of time
With no life or any other goal
Than to rest your soul
Will my selection withstand the pressure of time?
The insanity slowly consuming
The selection growing boring
Life seems to be ending
Mind thinking
Of maybe another chance at choosing
And yet the loop of time is repeating
Like a symphony of the heart beating
And no right answer is appearing
Will any selection withstand the pressure of time!
What can’t I live without?
Something in this world no doubt
But what is this magical answer
The verdict acting as a dancer
Escaping my every grasp
As I come closer and closer
And yet farther and farther
And thus the reader shall never find out
What the writer doesn’t know about
But wait though
After my poetic flow
An epiphany just hit me
Like the powerful aroma of the sea
That which I can’t live without
Is but conditional to time about
Thus currently what I can’t live without
Is money for college education
So I may derive a formulation
To help people of this Earth live Healthier,
Stronger, Better, and Livelier
So that they may have time to
Ask
Discuss
Assess
What is it that they can’t live without?
