Our Kind of Love

You're the apple to my eye

But sometimes we don't meet eye-to-eye.

All the little weird things you do

I somehow fall asleep to.

Why do everyone say long-distance is hard?

Perhaps they haven't played that card.

How do you keep your relationship up they ask,

"Just faith, trust, and pixie dust will do the task."

My love for you isn't in any way perfect,

But the little habits that I do seem all worth it.

If I hadn't met you and if you hadn't met me,

I wouldn't be exactly where I would be.
