Remember?

Wed, 11/22/2017 - 13:33 -- Jecinda

Remember those planes,

Going so fast?

Remember those towers,

Going down with a blast?

Remember the fallen,

Taken that day?

Remember the brave,

Who helped without say?

Remember the fighting,

Shouts everywhere?

Remember those who were saved,

Put in intensive care?

Remember the people,

Who took their own lives,

To save the ones in the white house,

During daylight?

Remember it all,

The pain and the suffering?

Remember what happened,

The impact on our country?

Then remember our braveness,

Our strong will we stand.

Remember our passion,

To get that man?

Together we stand,

Divided we fall.

So that’s what we did,

Oh, we stood so tall.

We took out that man,

And we bounced back.

Our security tightened,

And we sent them out to pack.

America does not submit!

We yelled.

Waving our flags,

With passion we held.

We will always remember,

Remember that September day.

In which We grew stronger,

In every way.
