A Rose

A rose, but one, none other rose did I have,

A rose, one rose, and this was a wondrous creation,

One rose a rose that brightened earth and sky,

One rose, my rose, that sweetened my breath and air,

I could care less about the thorns as they laid their

A rose, the one to walk by day by day

One rose, the one to gather and wear

No rose, but one- what other rose have I claimed?

One rose, my rose, will not die-

Instead he dies because of his undying love
