The Lord is with me during all seasons of life
He is there during life’s spring season,
When my faith is flourishing and growing to something more
He is there during life’s summer season
When my walk with Him reaches a new unforeseen level
He is there during life’s fall season,
When I am going through struggles and my faith is dwindling,
Which leads into life’s winter season,
Which is when I need Him most
This is when I call out to Him
And He comes and rekindles my fire,
That has become but an ember through the winter season
This newly kindled fire brings about a new spring season
All throughout life this cycle is repeated
But I know God is with me and I will never be defeated
