the sky and moon to my stars

might i compare us to the celestial beings we familiarize ourselves with:

the sky, the moon, the stars that make up the beauty of nature above us

as i do so, a panorama appears before my eyes in a flash

fluttering heart, rosy cheeks, and i'm taken aback

by my own sense of love for the two of you

as the stars, i lead the way, aged with wisdom

as the moon, you represent the leading light in the sky

as the sky, you represent the bridge between space and earth

and all of us, separately, are equally beautiful beyond comparison

yet a beautiful panorama is created with juxtaposition

and this picture seems just oh so right

grateful that you appeared in my night welkin
