s.o.s

She sat in the crowded room,

She could see them all,

But noone saw her,

She was invisible,

Always unseen,

Noone even remembers her name,

Acknowledge her appearence,

She could have screamed across the hall,

And everyone would ignore it,

She was drowning in the sea of doubt,

Splashing about in a deep ocean of tears, despair and worthlessness,

She just wanted to be saved,

No-one came to her rescue,

So she just floated away,

Never to be seen again,

As if she never exhisted,

Then she wakes up in the bath,

Choking a bit from the water she had swallowed,

Her hand trembling whilst holding the razor close to her wrist,

The pain of being the invisable girl is too much to bare,

She doesn't want to die,

She just wants too feel,

Feel something,

And the pain of death will do,

But love and attention was what she craved more,

But she knew once she severed that artery;

there was no coming back,

She cried some more,

Her heart was breaking in two,

Her head was pounding,

She was getting tired of this sucidal act,

But she was so tired of her miserable life,

She started to doze off again,

She woke to a kiss,

She woke up in bed,

Her lover with his arm around her, "Good morning beautiful",

Oh what horrible taunting is this?

She was locked within a dream after dream,

Not knowing which one was real,

One crazed and tormenting,

The other too real and morbid,

And this one;

A beautiful yet surrealistic life filled with sweet love and attention,

Everything she desired,

But she still felt sad; for she knew it wouldn't last,

But for now its the happiest she has ever felt,

She smiled and embraced her lover,

The blood flowed freely from her wrist,

Such a beautiful way to die,

Has she found bliss or is it just another sick dream?
