The Three Little Girls and the Big Bad Wolf

Once upon a time the moonlight was shining bright.

Three little girls were fast asleep tucked in so tight.

The only thing that was awake was the howl of the wind.

Deep in the forest could be heard a deep dark howl from within.

Who’s afraid of the big bad wolf, the big bad wolf.

Who’s afraid of the big bad wolf.

One of the little girls whose sight was the same both day and night

Could hear the howl within the forest with a curious light.

She tiptoed past her sleeping sisters into the dead of the night.

The further away she grew stepping on sticks and rocks.

She could hear the night animals watching her with mocking faces.

She knew she was in trouble when something wet sniffed her face.

Reaching up she could feel a wet snout and a fury head.

Opening up his mouth he bit off her head and ate her dead.

Her screams could be heard all the way back to her bed.

After he was done he started trotting for the girl’s den.

Who’s afraid of the big bad wolf, the big bad wolf.

Who’s afraid of the big bad wolf.

One of the girls could see in dark and in light

But her hearing was nowhere in sight.

She looked over and saw that her sister was no longer in bed.

So she decided to look for her in the forest where light was not lead.

She knew in her heart that something was not right when the leaves were dripping with red.

The wind whispered to her to run but she couldn’t hear.

The wolf was right behind her licking his lips in delight.

The girl turned and screamed of haunted wails of freight.

The wolf pounced and the ground turned red.

Who’s afraid of the big bad wolf, the big bad wolf.

Who’s afraid of the big bad wolf.

The third girl who was sound asleep in her bed

Whose voice that was as silent as the dead.

Jolted awake when she heard the wails of her sister

Then she was running in forest and was met with a horrid picture.

She let out a silent gasp and the wolf turned with blood dripping down his fur.

She ran but wasn’t fast enough he moved in such a blur.

The wolf smiled down at the girl and whose scream could not be heard.

The big bad wolf’s appetite was finally satisfied that he purred.

The forest stood still no noise was made

The moon light showed through the tree tops shinning on the flayed bodies.

The big bad wolf howled at the moon

The wind sang of the emending doom.

Who’s afraid of the big bad wolf, the big bad wolf

Who’s afraid of the big bad wolf.
