The Walking Dead

Now all she does is stare into space

Thinking about what used to be

Looks like the life was sucked out of her face

If only she could truly see

The life that she isnt living

Allowing it to get away

Her heart stopped giving

The breath of a new day

Aimlessly pacing

Lost ini thoughts of you

Heart never racing

And there's nothing I can do

Caught in the darkness of heartbreak

Letting the pain consume her

Shattered by life's earthquake

And now nothing else matters

My only wish is to see her fly

The way she did when she was with you

All I get is to watch her die

To the person she once knew

The walking dead.
