Look at me and look at you we’re both the same
you don’t have any clue, you signal me out
and I say I will never be like you
even though we both have a heart that beats the same and feels the same pain
We come from different places
and we don’t have the same color of skin
but I can tell you that we are both humans
we both line up so full of hope
but one day not far from now we will be treated with no differences

Look at me and look at you we’re both the same
we both have dreams to accomplish
it’s been hard with all this racism around us
but people will never understand what we been through
you may be White, Black, Mexican, Asian
but you must know that we are here to dream and become someone in life
don’t listen to the people that bring you down
be strong, be proud from where you come from
racism lives in the modern society
race look at what you done
you have different cultures against each other.
