What does one say that hasn't already been said,

When you sit down and cry at the end of your bed?

Your heart is heavy, wrenched, and torn.

Your face streaked with tears,

    eyes forlorn.

Forgetting seems best but remembrance comes first.

The emotions are filling,

    ready to burst

The memories flood, and you smile through tears

You're inspired by life and fight through your fears

It hurts.

I know.

But remember them true

Have faith and take heart,   You will come through.
