What's The Difference?

You have skin and I have skin,

So what's the difference between the skin we're in?

Yours is black, and mine is white,

But isn't that a poor excuse to fight?

Your hair may be dark and mine may be light,

But still, that's a poor excuse to fight.

We have two arms, we have two legs,

We have a neck and we have a head.

We walk with one foot paced before the other,

After all, we are all sisters and brothers.

I say let's forget the past,

Let's make a change that will last.
