Would it be selfish to say I just want to get away?

To sail far from those that I love the most because they cause the most pain?

Or will I bare remorse once the harbor-side becomes far from sight?

When the saltwater atmosphere burns my eyes?

And the broiling sun becomes my only demise?

Will I return to shore to dance with the devil?

Or will I bare the pain of being alone?
