wolves

Wed, 09/25/2013 - 21:53 -- K-Kitt

you took an eraser to my heart and now all that's left are the words you painted with every sweet sentence.

you glued together all the cracks and now my heart is whole; it's filled up with you and the diamonds in your eyes. i'm rich, i'm wealthy, drinking in the adoration you poured upon me and one day i'll pay you back in kisses.

love used to be a cage; i scraped the walls with sharp claws and begged for someone to come with the key. now i know that love is the full moon, but it comes every night and you and i run under it; we are wolves, you are my pack.

we sing together into the clear night sky and race under the same stars. there are no locks, bars, keys, or boundaries; we are two free souls that happened to intertwine.
