Won't Be Forgotten

And life with all its tensile,
comes again and again after
you're gone, and I want to
feel this emotion, a little
less now, I'm less steady.

But still feel the vibration
in my core, I wake, and I know

that I'm, in a world that is real,
and the gravel on the ground
won't trip me every step, I can
feel without feeling lost.

Though, the wave of all this
strife, is too much, for too many,
the ones who paint their faces,
the ones who slice their skin,
the ones too angry to put the
gun down, the ones who gave in.
