Poems about Animals
They are creatures just like you and me,
That can't speak or defend them self.
People treat them crudely,
Why does God choose us?
We are humans, weak with no understanding.
We are humans, lost in a world full of hurt.
Hiding in a mug
Or crawling under a rug,
Is the life of a bug.
Things are so snug,
I am the meadow,
the tranquil meadow.
I am the trees,
the trees that gently swayed.
I am the birds,
As a rudder the fish use their tail
It aids them in guiding their sail
But if you were to ask
Climate's been changing for hundreds of years,
But the media's been filing lies into your ears.
Flashback to the year 1995, the year I was brought into this world.
I grew up believing in love.
I knew the day,
I saw those bright green eyes full of love,
Just wanting an home and someone to love her back,
